In addition to power coating services, we also provide a full range of surface finishing methods including deburring, rumbling and edge breaking, and plating to ensure your components are finished to the highest possible standards.
We also operate specialist machinery for architectural material preparation, ensuring the highest quality finish for projects where aesthetics and durability are critical.

To achieve our industry leading finish, we utilise both Oxsilan pre-treatment and Qualicoat-Approved Class 1 & 2 powders.
Products finished on our line have been independently tested to achieve up to and above 720 hours of salt-spray protection when applied to Mild Steel, and up to 1,000 hours when applied to Aluminium.
All products that are finished on our powder coat line are treated in a controlled environment. Each process is carefully monitored to ensure we deliver the best result possible.
Each product is hung on the conveyor where it goes through a 5-stage, in-line Oxsilan pre-treatment before being air dried. The powder is then applied via our automatic or manual spray-guns (depending on its complexity) and continues through to the curing oven.

Our powder coat and dispatch teams work alongside each other to ensure that your products leave our factory defect free. To combat transport issues, we have invested in our own 7.5 tonne vehicle capable of transporting any products finished on our powder coat line.
